As we count off the sixth week since our launch, we’re delighted to have updated our website with information about five trainers who have decided Chiswick Fitness Studio is a great place to put clients through their paces.
Darryl is REPS Level 3 qualified and most happy when his clients are “in the zone”.
Luke Tyburski used to play professional football in the USA and Belgium, and puts his extensive fitness qualifications to good use now he’s made London his home.
Paul O’Flaherty withstood eight years of amateur boxing before transferring those skills to boxing oriented personal training in 2004.
And last but not least given that he’s actually an Olympian and two times World Champion rower, Toby Garbett is one guy who is most serious about physical fitness.
It’s great to have you on board guys.
If you’re interested in finding out more about working with Darryl, Luke, Paul or Toby, or any of our trainers, their contact details are on their respective webpages here.
…Reunited!!!

During my morning session at the studio this morning, I had
a deja vu’. Every trainer around me had at one time or another
been a resident at a well known health club, not to far from where
the studio is situated. Now, for the same apparent reason we have all
moved (some will say been forced) on to bigger and better things, simply
because the major health club chains fail to see the worth (apart from
how much revenue they can create for the’ company’) in their trainers
…A word to the wise PT , ‘build your worth, know your worth, then control your
Worth.’
We all have!!
Welcome to Francesca and David

We’re delighted to welcome two new personal trainers to Chiswick Fitness Studio.
Francesca Blechner is one of London’s top personal trainers with particular expertise in working out with kettle bells and boxing. Interestingly, Francesca learned her boxing skills from World Heavyweight Boxing Champion David D. Haye, aka The Hayemaker. All I can say is, don’t mess with this lady!
David Calderwood is a sports science graduate and an alumni of the CHEK Institute. As you’ll see from his biography, David focuses on strength, conditioning and an holistic approach to health and fitness.
